When filling your order, we will use the Chocolography Food Imaging System to print your images using FDA-approved food coloring.
What are the ingredients? Our milk chocolate products contain sugar, cocoa butter, milk, unsweetened chocolate, soy lecithin and vanillin. Our dark chocolate products contain sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin and vanillin.

How will I know what the final product will look like? We will e-mail you a proof of your chocolate for your approval before we begin printing.
Can you use a digital photo? Absolutely. Digital photos are the easiest for us to use because they can be uploaded to our servers when you place your order. The better the quality of the image, the better the image will appear on your chocolate. Resolution of digital photos should be 300 dpi (dots per inch) or greater.
Can you use a printed photo? Yes. Simply mail us the photo along with your order number and we'll do the rest. We will return the photo with your completed order.
How long does it take to have my chocolates printed? We will begin the printing process once the proof is approved and the order is paid. Depending on the size of the order and time of the year, it usually takes one or two weeks to ship your order. We ask for the date it is needed by to make sure we get your order out in time.
